The Drakewood is a forested region that lies inside the Uncharted Forest of Xadia and partially surrounds the mountain range of Umber Tor.[1][2]
History[]
At an unknown point in time, several Earthblood Elves settled in the Drakewood, where they adopted the practice of capturing and taming dragons as mounts, which gave them the name Drakeriders.[1][2]

The Drakewood is a thick, lush patch of forest full of large, tall trees.
Geography[]
The Drakewood is located in the far east of Xadia and is part of the Uncharted Forest, precisely in the southeast, near the mountain range of Umber Tor.
Drakeriders[]
The Drakeriders are a group of dragon-riding Earthblood Elves who patrol and protect the Drakewood after completing their rites of passage that involve capturing and taming their own dragons. Their primary weapons are bolas equipped with magical yellow gems that can temporarily blind their targets.[1][2]
Notable Locations[]
Village[]
A village of Earthblood Elves exists within the Drakewood, put together from huts constructed of wood and straw equipped with wooden porches. These huts hoist flags at their tops and can often be seen with clotheslines placed in their near vicinities.[2]
Pit of Despair[]
The Pit of Despair is located in a village within the Drakewood. It is where the Drakeriders throw trespassers and wrongdoers in as punishment.[1] However, they sometimes throw themselves in for fun. The pit is also the secret secondary entrance to the lair of Rex Igneous inside Umber Tor, leading into the "Path of Despair".[2]

- The Drakewood was named as a reference to Nathan Drake from the "Uncharted" series, which is located in the Uncharted Forest, together with N'than. In an end credit sketch, N'than can be seen pictured in a direct reference to the cover art of of "Uncharted 2: Among Thieves".
