Hold on. I'll have you back on your feet in no time. [She grabs a flower from her bag and rips off the petals and puts them on Soren's eyes. She grabs a vial of green liquid.] And the last step has just a tad of grasshopper goop. [She pours it into her hand with some of the petals.]
Sbmil eseht ot efil gnirb. (Bring life to these limbs.)
As she raises her hands, the powder glows and swirls around. She conjures blue energy on her hand. As it turns purple the petals on Soren's eyes evaporate. He sees the powder fade away.
You can't? But that should have... Hold on. I must have something. [She empties her bag and inspects its content.] Ugh, that's all I have for healing. [She turns to three soldiers] Well, don't just stand there! Help me get him back to town. We need to find a doctor.
Claudia and the soldiers pick Soren up.
Scene Change
Ezran follows Rayla as she helps a drooping Callum into the cliffside cave. She lays him down resting his head on a bag.
So uncomfortable. [His voice echoing] I'm so uncomfortable!
In a dream sequence, Callum wakes up on a giant pile of large keys without the purple eyelids. He grabs a few keys in his hand and looks at them closely. As he drops them back on the pile, a red glow emanates from underneath.
He trusts his hand into the keys and moves it around. He pulls out the Key of Aaravos, it's bottom side glowing red. Slowly turning the cube seeing its glowing side, he finds himself looking at a caduceus like rune which adorns Claudia's dark magic spell book. He shuts his eyes
He hurls the cube ahead. A cloaked figure with its back to Callum catches the cube without looking. Callum stares at the figure standing ahead.

At Katolis Castle, Opeli stands with other Council members in the throne room. The doors open and Marcos walkes in, he stops respectfully before Opeli.
Keep looking. And when you do find him, be ready for anything. Do not underestimate him.
Marcos nods.
Scene Change
In his secret chamber, Viren is standing in front of the Magic Mirror with the magical caterpillar on his ear. Viren stares at a hooded Aaravos in the mirror.
Smiling smugly, Viren pulls the caterpillar off his ear, it's tiny legs wriggle as he drops it in a glass jar. Closing the jar with a cork in places it on a table and heads off. Aaravos watches him leave with a faint smile.
Scene Change
Sitting on the pile of keys, Callum stares at the cloaked figure and stands and slides down. He slowly approaches the figure. With his brow furrowed, Callum stops behind the figure who holds the glowing cube against its chest.
I'm not here to fight. My name is Corvus. Your Aunt Amaya sent me.
As Corvus raises his hands, Rayla looks at Ezran who gives her a nod. She lowers her blades and lets Corvus walk past her, keeping an eye on him. Corvus bows in front of Ezran, with one hand on his chest.
In the village, smoke rises from a few buildings inside the walls. Claudia is sitting in a corner of the hospital building, looking at Soren who is covered in bandages. A nurse walks away from his bed and closes the curtains around it, then she approaches Claudia.
You knew? I'm an idiot! I should have figured it out. When we met you, you had two of those assassiny ribbony things, but one of them came off that night.
[sighs.] Rayla, please. Just let me go be alone. Please.
Ezran walks away from the cave. Bait groans and Zym yips, then leaps past Bait and starts to follow Ezran. Bait gently bites Zym's tail to hold him back. They stare sadly after Ezran, who wipes his tears are he walks away.
Scene Change
In Katolis castle, Viren strolls down the hallway, then he ducks behind a entryway as two guards walk past. Later he enters the castles vast sunlit library where a woman sits at a desk immersed in a book. Viren walks past a shelf looking at the covers. He grabs a scroll and two books from the shelves. Later he places a stack of books and scrolls on a desk and flips through a tome.
The name of the elf together with the other words and picture dissolve again. Viren opens a scroll and the same happens again. All pages of the books and scrolls turn completely black as the ink spreads over them.
In his dream, Callum frowns from behind the cloaked figure. The figure turns and walk toward him with the cube in hand. The figure pulls down his hood revealing him to be Callum as well. Callum's gaw drops.
You're a human. You weren't born with an Arcanum to do primal magic, but you were born to do magic. The kind of magic humans can do. You can have unlimited power.
All sides of the cube turn into the red dark magic rune.
And you can choose what to do with that power! You can make a real difference in the world. All you need to do now is accept it. Your destiny is already written.
Scene Change
In the hospital, Soren gazes of sorrowfully, his bare chest covered in bandages and two splints fixing his head in place. Claudia stops by the curtains. Collecting herself she walks over to the bed and gently touches Soren's shoulder, then sits down.
Look inside yourself, Callum. This is your destiny. You can't deny it.
Callum reaches of the cube again. His eyes growing wide as his fingers approach it. Glancing up, Callum sees his doubles face flicker for an instant, adopting an evil visage with gray skin and black eyes. Callum withdraws his hand frowning.
The cloaked Callum lowers his head and the red glow fades from the dark magic runes on the cube. He drops the cube and it falls through a swirling red vortex that vanishes. Callum watches purple cracks spread on his cloaked doubles body. Light bursts out of the cracks and the double crumbles into pieces. Callum and Harrow look on as a sudden gust of wind blows the debris away.
I'm going to be a poet, and people will come hear my poems. They'll come visit me, and we'll drink some kind of... soothing tea. And then... and then, I'll say my latest poems to them.
No, Soren, no. That was a terrible poem. And it... it's not even a haiku! Oh... I can't leave you like this. There has to be something.
Opening a cabinet, she picks two liquid filled vials and throws them away. She pulls out a large jar and peeks into it then smashes it on the ground. She upturns the cabinet and darts to another one while Soren's gaze follows her. As she trows more items the nurse arrives together with a man.
He can't be like this. He can't even count syllables!
They drag her away and throw her out, raising her head from the ground, she blows a lock of hair from her forehead.
Scene Change
Looking over ocean waves, Callum strolls along a dark shore. He looks around with strong wind buffening his hair and clothes. Captain Villads appears beside him.
It's yer journey. You be the sail, and I'll hoist ye! Find the wind, boy! Be like a wing!
Villads hoids Callum up by his arms, who turns into the main sail of the Ruthless. Callum glances down and sees his body billowing in the wind. Berto flies overhead.
Corvus walks through a forest peering around. He examines a broken twig on a bush, then rubs his fingers together. His eyes widen as he spots a set of footprints on the ground. He sees them leading into a open area.
Corvus smiles and follows the footprints which abruptly end at a set of large tracks running adjacent to them. Corvus crouches and touches one of the new prints.
What's going on? Every time I found a mention of you in an ancient scroll or tome, the entire passage disappeared as soon as I looked! [sighs] What game are you playing?
Aaravos glances up from a book and notices him. Setting the book aside he steps up to the mirror. With a smile he brushes his ear then gestures at Viren's jar holding the magical caterpillar. Rolling his eyes, Viren picks up the jar and opens it. He takes out the caterpillar and sets it on his ear.
On the cliffside, Corvus shuffles towards the cave, his head bowed. Swallowing hard, he takes a few more steps and stops, looking at Rayla who regards Callum worriedly. Corvus clears his throat and Rayla looks at him and walks over.
[sighs] Your king happens to be a very special boy. He can talk to animals. So if there are banther tracks, it means Ezran caught a ride on the banther, not in the banther. [laughs]
As she heads off, Corvus spreads his hand quizzically.
Okay, Claudia, calm down. Everything's going to be okay. Just... say your calming mantra. [sighs] There is no synonym for cinnamon. There is no synonym for cinnamon. There is no synonym for cinnamon. There is no synonym for cinnamon. There is no... [gasps]
She startles as a box falls at the mouth of an ally. She peers into the dark street. A creature can be heared growling. A pair of yellow eyes open in the shadows as a giant black banther steps toward her snarling. Backing away, Claudia looks up and sees Ezran sitting on the back of the banther.
In his dream, the Ruthless rocks violently on the stormy sea as Callum stumbles along its deck. He grabs the wildly spinning steering wheel and holds it steady as the ships sails over roiling waters. As lightning flashes in the sky the view rises further up and stormy clouds become enclosed in the Primal stone. Callum stands with the primal stone in his hand looking at it. Then he smashes the primal stone and the view feezes. The scene reverses and the view pushes into the primal stone where floating remains of the Ruthless floating in the sea. Callum holds on to a barrel. He looks up to see Villads also floating holding onto a wooden box.
Staring after the bird, Callum loses his grip on the barrel and sinks into the water. Trailing bubbles, he gazes at the surface of the ocean as he recedes into it's dark dept. He releases his breath and goes still as he sinks his eyes closed. In the cave he frowns and convulses in his sleep.
