The Stern One is ruthless, direct, blunt, and severe with his statements. He is loyal to the cosmic order and will not hesitate to execute anyone who disrupts it, regardless of whether the disruptor did it on purpose or not. He also believes that the line between mercy and cruelty can be thin.[1]
