History[]
Squeaky lived in the Drakewood, and was given the name "Scarmaker" by the Earthblood Elves due to her aggressive personality.[1]
Second Saga[]
Squeaky was about to be captured by Warlon in the Drakewood when she was rescued by Soren.[2] After being captured by the Drakeriders despite Soren's effort, she befriended him during their escape from the Pit of Despair[1] and was named by him, allowing him to ride her after he had gained her trust. However, Squeaky and Soren were separated after Soren chose to rescue his sister Claudia after she had fallen out of great heights.[3]
Book Four - Earth[]
The Great Gates[]
Squeaky is in a clearing of the Drakewood when she is cornered by Warlon, who then tells the hiding N'than about what he must do to become a Drakerider. Warlon attempts to subdue Squeaky with his bola when Soren jumps in to protect her. Squeaky witnesses Warlon using his bola to disarm Soren's sword before punching Soren in the face, and Squeaky shrieks at Soren for being too close to her. Soren eventually emerges triumphant after he kicked his sword from Warlon's hand and used a gourd to smack Warlon in the face and knocking him out, which also forced N'than to flee the area. Squeaky then stalks Soren despite his intention of rescuing her, and is greatly angered when Soren uses his gourd in attempt to shoo her away. Before Squeaky can attack Soren, both of them are captured and are thrown into the Pit of Despair by the Earthblood Elves, with Squeaky having both of her legs chained up.
The Drakewood[]
Squeaky approaches Soren with hostility he tries to reason with her. Soren decides to reach his hand out to show Squeaky that he is a friend, but she is provoked into attacking him after the metal of his armor reflect the moonlight onto her. This gives Soren the idea of taking all of his armor off so that he will not aggravate Squeaky, which earns him Squeaky's trust and friendship, especially after taking her chains off. Soren then decides to give Squeaky her name due to the sound she makes after he scratched her scales. Squeaky then gives Soren a ride back to Team Zym's camp, only to find that everyone had left just as they run into Soren's sister Claudia.
