Rex Igneous is an Archdragon of the Earth who lives deep beneath a mountain and only emerges aboveground once every 100 years.[1]

Appearance
Rex Igneous is described as a massive gray dragon with a rocky mane, chest, and tail. Two sharp horns point forward from the sides of his head, while rock plates decorate his forehead as well as his chin. Two large wings are located on the backside of his arms. As he is rarely spotted above the ground, these details remain widely speculated by Xadians who have not met him.[1]

- "Rex Igneous" is Latin and roughly translates to "King of Rock (solidified from magma)".

- Rex Igneous is the first canonical dragon whose wings resemble those of a wyvern, as opposed to other major dragons of Xadia, whose wings are located on their backs.
