History[]
Around fourteen to fifteen years before the birth of Azymondias, Redfeather washed up on Scumport and became ghosted by the other Moonshadow Elves shortly after. She eventually became a buccaneer and learned how to survive in a town filled with unscrupulous people.[1]
Second Saga[]
Upon witnessing Rayla and Stella arriving at Scumport, Redfeather decided to take them under her wing. She agreed to help Rayla in finding Viren if the young Moonshadow Elf agreed to do her a favor or two.[1] Redfeather wanted Rayla to win at least three rounds in the Leviathan's Bones. However, Redfeather was displeased after Rayla became distracted in the third round and lost. The older Moonshadow Elf decided to give Rayla another chance[2] by having her steal Blood Coral from a dark mage whom she believed to be Viren. As it turned out, the dark mage was not Viren and Rayla could only retrieve a small piece of the Blood Coral. Despite the failures, Redfeather grew fond of Rayla and asked her to stay in Scumport. But Rayla chose to return to Katolis and Redfeather gave her a token for the ferryman so that she could find her way back.[3]
Chasing Shadows - Part One[]
Redfeather saves Rayla and Stella from a fight with a pair of burly Tidebound Elf enforcers by pretending to know and leading them to her home. Redfeather knows that Rayla had been ghosted by other Moonshadow Elves since she had been through a rather similar experience. When Rayla reveals that she came to Scumport to look for a dark mage, Redfeather advises her about people are only willing to give up such valuable information for a price or a favor. Rayla believes that Redfeather knows something about Viren and reluctantly offers her a favor.
Chasing Shadows - Part Two[]
Redfeather takes Rayla to a fighting pit inside the Leviathan's Bones after the latter had accepted the favor of winning three rounds. They comment on Darys's confidence that helped him in winning against Feathers and loosing against Elmer, the champion of Scumport's ruler Finnegrin. Redfeather reveals to Rayla that Finnegrin's power allows him to command others to enforce his will and that he seldomly needs to fight his own battles.
Redfeather then watch Rayla defeating her first two opponents before memories of Callum distracts her from winning against the third human opponent. Redfeather takes Rayla back to her home before scolding her for not concentrating. She then learns that Rayla has been given a token that marks her as friendly to Scumport. Rayla decides to give the token to Redfeather if she reveals what she knows about Viren. Redfeather is impressed with Rayla's negotiating skills and promises to give the younger Moonshadow Elf what she wants if she agrees to do a different favor that involves retrieving dark magic ingredients.
