The Nova Blade is a powerful magical artifact that can end a Startouch Elf's mortal existence. It was kept in the Star Scraper and guarded by the Celestial Elves, but it was given to the Orphan Queen centuries ago.[1]

The Nova Blade is capable of killing a Startouch Elf's mortal vessel. However, the sword cannot destroy their essence, as since Startouch Elves are heavenly beings, they are thus immortal. In addition, when their mortal vessels die, they will return to the heavens to wait until their stars realign, allowing them to materialize in a new mortal vessel.[1]
History[]
The Nova Blade was forged by an unknown elf centuries ago during the time of Laurelion, and was used to end the Startouch Elf's mortal existence.[2] Though it was kept under guard by the Celestial Elves in the Star Scraper, they gave the Nova Blade to the Orphan Queen for undisclosed reasons. As of now, the sword's current whereabouts are unknown.[1]
