The Nightguard were a group of elite elven warriors who served the Dragon Queen, Luna Tenebris. They mysteriously disappeared along with her except for their spirits, which now wander the Moonshadow Forest, searching for Luna's heir.[1] They were eventually succeeded by the Dragonguard in the Era of Avizandum.

Uniform[]
The Nightguard wore silver gauntlets, breastplates, and sabatons. Dark green pants and shirts were worn under their armor. Gauntlets were covered in small layered plates with a blue gem embedded in the center. Their breastplates displayed an intricate design forged into the metal while pauldrons and rerebraces guarded their arms. Their sabatons had a singular green band across the top.[1]
History[]
300 years before the birth of Azymondias, the Nightguard were serving Luna Tenebris until they vanished with her. Their spirits were left behind and continued to wander the Moonshadow Forest for Luna's heir.[1]
Trivia[]
- The majority of their armor remained intact as it was eventually recovered by adventurers when they aided Moonshadow Elves during a Bon Bon Night. They could even be restored and upgraded with the right material and gems socketed into place.[1]
