Astrid is a Skywing Elf and a former member of the Celestial Elves.[2] She is the sister of Kosmo.[3]
Appearance[]
Astrid has pale blue skin, black hair with pink and white tips, gray curved horns on her head, as well as a pair of white wings on her back. Her attire consists of a black-and-blue robe with yellow and white accents, maroon boots. Until her decision to depart from the Star Scraper, Astrid also wore a blue blindfold that bears the symbol of the Stars,[3] though she discarded this item when she left.[2]
Personality[]
Astrid is outwardly cheerful, but she also gets straight to the point without any tact, and she does not pull punches when scolding someone. She also has a good head on her shoulders and is not without wisdom.[4][5] After her brother achieved enlightenment and received visions foretelling the return of Aaravos, Astrid disagreed with the Elder about the Celestial Elves' sworn promise never to interfere with unfolding events, wishing to warn Callum and Rayla and resolving to leave the Star Scraper. After being found on the Star Scraper's Zenith by her brother, Astrid expressed a slightly cynical side, sarcastically telling Kosmo that she had thought he knew everything, although her brother claimed this was incorrect. Upon hearing this, Astrid expressed a desire to make a difference in the world, rather than simply watch it, telling Kosmo that she loved him before then removing her blindfold and preparing to depart.[2]
