Aaron and Sam are twin baby Shimmercrows who were rescued by Terry after their mother was killed by Aaravos.[1] They are currently under care of Team Zym while Terry, Soren, Corvus, and Pyrrah are out searching for Harrow.[2]

Aaron and Sam are twin Shimmercrows with deep dark blue feathers and covered in shades of green, pink, purple, and blue. Aaron has pink eyes and a purple tongue while Sam has yellow eyes.[1]

Aaron and Sam are friendly towards those they can trust. While conversing, Aaron makes comments on small details while Sam goes straight to the main point.[3]

Unfinished Business[]
Aaron and Sam are waiting for their mother to bring them food. They chirp anxiously when Terry arrives in her place and tells them that he will take care of them, before carrying their nest away.
Sticky Fingers[]
Aaron and Sam listen to Terry while he practices his introduction to Ezran and then give him feedback. Afterwards, he hides them under some branches while he chooses to meet Ezran and his group at the Banther Lodge. After Terry is caught by Soren and Corvus while digging up worms for them, the Earthblood Elf introduces Aaron and Sam to everyone. Ezran listens to Aaron and Sam as they speak of Terry and their late mother. Later, they watch Terry and Ezran perform the sap swear and chirp happily when they finish.
Nova[]
Aaron and Sam attend the opening of Evrkynd and encourage Terry as he announces the name of the new city. Sometime later, they return to the Banther Lodge to help Callum with his starlit serenade for Rayla alongside Bait, Stella, Sneezles, Hat, Jellybug, and three Adoraburrs.

- "Aaron" is derived from the Hebrew name "'Aharon", which meant "high mountain" or "exalted".[4] "Sam" is the short form of "Samuel", which is a Hebrew name meaning "name of God".[5]
- Aaron and Sam were named after former twin divers who were big fans of The Dragon Prince, Aaron and Sam Skahill.[6]
